Trees and Leaves

This week Pre-Nursery have explored Trees and Leaves just like the home of the 'Owl Babies'. The children enjoyed using their fine motor skills to thread objects onto branches, they looked at leaves and branches in close detail and used them to cut or print.

Night and Day

We have enjoyed finding out the differences between night and day. Learning about 'nocturnal' animals and day animals all following on from our book 'Owl Babies'. We have made day and night pictures. We have also been experimenting with torches we had lots of fun!!!!!!

Hoo hooooooo!

What a wonderful week we have had in Pre-Nursery. 

The children enjoyed finding pretend worms for the owl babies to eat, creating yummy cakes with the playdough, learning about big and small, playing with bubbly water, and constructing owl collages.

Wow, haven't we been busy!

Owl Babies

This week we have introduced our new story, 'Owl Babies'. The children have loved getting to know the 3 white owl babies, Sarah, Percy and Bill through different crafts and activities. The children also had the chance to make Krathongs in an extra special Thai Lesson.
