Ice and Snow

We hope you had a relaxing Half Term break. To begin our new topic based on the story 'Lost and Found' this half term the children have been exploring the theme of 'Ice and Snow'. Ice and flour sensory play has been a favorite activity in the classrooms. As well as using Pipettes and scissors, developing our fine motor skills!

This week our focus was on Ladybirds.

We looked at Ladybirds this week and had lots of counting opportunities and other fun things as well. 

A Spidery Week

What a spidery week, we have had this week! 

All the children enjoyed our theme of spiders this week and produced some very scary spiders of their own. The children also continued to develop their fine motor, problem solving skills and also started to tell stories of their very own! 

Wow, they have been very busy spiders!

We also celebrated a special birthday! 

Next Week our theme is going to be ladybirds.
